1st of all sorry for being quite absent and very late, but, even out 
of time here are some answers:

They have some different material. In English there are more 
intereviews and essays.
One out of 4 daily news is translated in English and the others are 
reported as link.
The voluntary resources, till now, can't allow more.

There are more visitors from abroad than from Italy. And this was 
true (surprisingly) even when everything was in Italian.
In november there were 46.000 unique visitors to neural.it, and it's 
growing every month.
I always try to have an international perspective, without any kind 
of boundaries.

> What sort of community is there where you live concerning digital art?

Talking of Bari (Italy), where I live, it's not so huge, but it's a 
circle of persons. Sometimes new persons come in, sometimes old 
friends come out. It's a small but live communitiy interested in 
digital culture.

Most of the information comes from online sources. But you have to 
consider that after 10 years of printing the magazine and online 
communication, Neural is known by lots of artists and institutions 
that regularly tell me about their projects and sometimes send me 
stuff by post (that I much appreciate).

Even if it would seem obvious, Nettime, Rhizome, Spectre, Webartery, 
AHA mailing lists are full of good news and critical texts.
But if you want to deeply search for digital culture, you have to 
check many sources, as I do, from mainstream (CNet) to the 
underground (Slashdot) for mining what would trigger and inspire your 
work.
